L’Escalette has become the hallmark of the estate. Through this wine, we showcase 20 years of our work in this unique valley. First and foremost, this wine is the result of a blend of grapes from various plots on this dolomitic (magnesium-rich) clay-limestone terroir. The choice of southern grape varieties (Grenache, Syrah, Carignan, and Cinsault) was an obvious one for us.
